| Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.,Data Entry outsourcing, a leading Chinese telecom equipment provider,Outsourcing companies, plans to build a global research and development (R&D) center in Hangzhou, capital city of eastern China's Zhejiang province.
The R&D center,Flash development outsourcing, covering a total area of about 250,000 square meters, has started construction in April 17 and is expected to be completed in 2010. With a total investment of CNY 1.4 billion, the R&D cebter will focus on VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol),Data processing companies, network security, production, sales and after-sales services. Complete telecom solutions are always much popular among the world's telecom operators, so the company will attach more importance to perfecting its product lines in the future. The Shenzhen-based company gained a partnership with the world's networking giant 3Com by setting up a joint venture four years ago. However,Data processing outsourcing, 3Com bought out Huawei's 49 percent stake in the Huawei-3Com (H3C) joint venture for USD 882 million last November, making the venture its fully-owned subsidiary. |
