| Devils coach Jacques Lemaire: We don't need Ilya Kovalchuk Jersey to fight
There was a cut on Ilya Kovalchuk Jersey's right cheek. The Devils' left winger says it was from his own visor and happened when he fought Maple Leafs captain Dion Phaneuf during the second period Sunday night. But there were some who wondered if Phaneuf's stick may have clipped Ilya Kovalchuk Jersey and led to the bout rather than a check that followed. What started it? "Nothing really," Ilya Kovalchuk Jersey said. ""It happened. It's part of the game. I'm not special. We all know he plays that kind of style. There's nothing wrong with it." "We need him on the ice," Lemaire noted. "We don't need him to get into fights.
