| Brenda Torres is an outfielder with a strong arm and a strengthful searng. But the 13-year-old, a natural athlete, potency never have discovered her love for softball were it not for an unusual San Francisco program called SportsBridge.
Brenda lives on the Mission District-Potrero Hill frontier. Her parents, Loly and Marcos, both toil full-time, Loly as a house cleaner and Marcus as a custodian.
