The toxins released by the bacteria will make people sick. The under cooked meet or chicken is very perilous to the health. The meet, which is cooked well or even over cooked may not cause any harm to health as the bacteria will be killed in the over cooked chicken. Also, when you cook your meat well, you can refrigerate it safely for longer than undercooked meat.
The right temparature is very significant to keep the food otherwise the food will be blemished. Make sure that the freezer set to zero degrees Fahrenheat and your frodge set to 37 to 40 degrees to store the food.
Practicing good cleanliness during the three stages of food preparation (before, after, during) can significantly decrease the chance of food poisoning. make sure that the chef is taking all the precautionary steps while cooking the food.

All the symptoms like nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and diarrhea are not true cases of Food poisioning. An exact diagnosis can be complicated because the pathogenic organisms are found in dissimilar kinds of food and have unreliable incubation periods. Also, eating a substance and getting sick instantly afterwards is not the usual course for food poisoning.
