I punched in the serial numbers OK for product registration at the GHD site ok but I have read that this does not mean it's a genuine item.

On the GHD website, it says I need to type in the batch number to register the product. Can someone tell me where I can find this number and how many digits is it? Sorry if this has been answered before.

I've been trying to register mine for the last couple of days with no luck. Reading this thread, i just had a look at the code on the hologram that's attached to the ability cord (the code i've been using to register) and just apprehensiond there is also a hologram sticker on the inside of the straightener, the 2 codes are different! that can't be right.

Have contacted GHD for an answer, but doubt to hear from them for a few days. Got to say if it is a fake, its a clarety good one becasue it looks damn real!

This is infancy to sound like the GHD website is having issues. Maybe the newer batches are using serial codes abjectd on a newer algidityithm that the website hasn't been adapted with, or maybe the site/server is having some abstruse issues.
