Koen completed 7 of 12 passes for 45 yards. Baylock rushed for 49 yards and Koen added 30. Santa Clara had 88 yards rushing.

Santa Clara’s Shelton Hill caught a 5-yard touchdown pass from Scott Koen, cutting the Saints’ deficit to 27-14.
Three first-quarter touchdowns and three first-half interceptions sparked the No. 3 Northwest Division Flashes (6-0) to a 33-14 non-league win.
Fillmore had 105 yards rushing.
Niko Yoro had a key 28-yard pass reception on the Saints’ drive.
Corey Cole scored on a 5-yard run with 6:55 gone in the first period. Nick Paz kicked the first of three PATs in the scoring frenzy. Paz rushed for 65 yards on 15 carries.
Santa Clara (1-4) is still trying to learn to win games.
Leading 14-0, Austin Davis had a key interception to ignite the third scoring drive.
Fillmore will play at Carpinteria next Friday in the Tri-Valley League opener.
Santa Clara’s Rian Baylock scored on a 1-yard run with 4:31 left in the first half. Ben Corral added the extra-point kick to trim Fillmore’s lead to 21-7. Santa Clara drops to 1-4.
Santa Clara will open the Frontier League season by playing Grace Brethren next Friday at Pacifica High.
Fillmore drove to the red zone, but couldn’t score from the 5-yard line as time expired.
